In order to have a deeper understanding of the surrounding sulfuric acid and sulphur ore markets, Han Yanxue visited the Hunan and Guangdong markets in October 2018 in combination with the visit plan formulated at the beginning of the year, and made a survey of the local production capacity and sales. In-depth understanding of the actual production capacity and main sales markets of Zhuzhou Metallurgical, Shuikoushan, Shaoye and Dabaoshan, as well as logistics and transportation. On the way, he also inspected the Yiyang Jinyuan Chemical Transfer Wharf (this wharf is the only terminal with hazardous chemicals qualification in the inland river in Hunan, with 2 500-ton berths, 3000 tons of storage, and 400,000 tons of annual cargo handling). The visit not only learned about the sulfuric acid and sulfur ore markets in the two places, but also laid a good foundation for the purchase of sulfuric acid and sulfide ore in the later period.

In July 2019, under the leadership of the supply company, Han Yanxue joined the Quality Supervision Department of the Quality Inspection Department of the company to the Chengmenshan Copper Mine and Wushan Copper Mine to track the loading and sampling for half a month to control the quality of the shipment from the source. He has strict requirements on truck drivers for sulphur mines. They must perform sampling for loading and unloading, and the loading and unloading tonnage must be within the allowable error range. In July of this year, Han Yanxue purchased 5,270.59 tons of pyrite from Wushan Copper Mine, creating a pre-production benefit of more than 40,000 yuan for the company. In September, we cooperated with the quality inspection department to track the loading of Xinqiao Mine, and cooperated with customers to supervise the unloading situation. The shipping sulfide mine strictly requires the loading and unloading terminal site to be cleaned up. In the same month, it purchased 4,917.93 tons of pyrite from Xinqiao Mine, creating a pre-production benefit of more than RMB 20,000. Purchasing pyrites controls quality from the source, reduces losses from transportation, and strives to maximize pre-production benefits.

 

Seriously responsible to ensure production

 

 

　　The first task of supply is to ensure production. In February this year, the inventory of sulfuric acid in Xiangyun New Area was in a hurry. With the support of the leaders of both the company and Daye Nonferrous, the route of sulphuric acid transportation from Daye Nonferrous to Xiangyun New Area was urgently launched. This is the peak season for sulfuric acid sales. In order to ensure the daily production of sulfuric acid in the factory, the leadership assigned the task of not less than 1,500 tons of goods returned per day. In order to complete the tasks assigned by the leader without compromise, Han Yan learned to follow the cars in and out, and stayed at Daye Nonferrous Metals Smelter to follow the progress, requesting cars from dispatching and loading pipelines from the acid shift to ensure smooth installation and timely delivery of sulfuric acid. To the production line. After several days of running-in, the highest peak single-day acid recovery exceeded 2000 tons. By the time the sulfuric acid pipeline in the old and new districts was officially put into use, Daye’s truck transported more than 110,000 tons of sulfuric acid, successfully completing the task of ensuring production.
